Engineering Leader
Over the past 15 years, I’ve dedicated my career to transforming how games are developed and experienced. I’ve worked with major companies like Ubisoft and Bethesda, contributing to successful titles such as Motion Sports and serving as the Lead Developer for the worldwide hit Fallout Shelter, which has generated over $100 million in revenue.
In addition to my work in gaming, I’ve extended my expertise to innovative tech companies like XYZ Reality and Luminary Roli. Even though they are not gaming companies, I used my experience and skillset to drive their success.
At XYZ Reality, I applied my knowledge of interactive experiences and real-time rendering to advance their augmented reality solutions. My background in creating immersive game environments helped enhance the user experience in AR applications.
At Luminary Roli, a company known for its innovative musical instruments and software, I leveraged my skills in software development and product management. My experience in gaming technology allowed me to contribute to cutting-edge music technology products that blend creativity with technical excellence.
By bringing a unique perspective from the gaming industry, I’ve been able to introduce fresh ideas and innovative solutions to these companies. My goal has always been to push the boundaries of what’s possible, whether in games or other tech fields, by using the power of interactive technology to create engaging and transformative experiences.

I offer consulting services and workshops to help developers and teams achieve engineering excellence and align their product with market success. Here are some of the companies I’m currently advising: Videogames Without Borders, Broken Mirror Games, Riffidum.
Podcast Guest
I enjoy speaking at conferences and participating in podcasts to discuss trends and share my experience. Here are some of my favourite appearances: Revolutionising the future of construction, Autistica Game Jam, Through the lens.
Martial Art Practitioner
My passion for martial arts began when I was 10 years old. I started practicing karate but found it quite rigid for my taste. Seeking a discipline that resonated more with me, I explored several others, including Taekwondo and Aikido. It was when I discovered Qwan Ki Do that I found everything I needed. Qwan Ki Do combines technique, philosophy, and fluidity in a way that deeply connects with me. It has become an integral part of my life, teaching me discipline, balance, and focus. Qualities I carry into both my personal and professional life.
Slow Traveler
I am a also traveller, writer and blogger.
I love experimentation in my existence, which changes in slow motion, day by day. In 2008 I took the French route of the Camino de Santiago de Compostela and walked over 800 Km.
Four years later I made my first voyage on a freighter ship from Barcelona (Spain) to Santos (Brazil). In 2013 I continued my travels through South America on a 50cc motorbike. I lived for a few months in Casablanca and for three years in Chile. I’m settled now in London with my family.
I wrote a book about how to make a journey on a cargo ship and you can find it here in english and italian.
Mensa Member
I’ve been an active member of Mensa since 2011, embracing my love for intellectual challenges. Over the years, I’ve written for the Italian Mensa’s magazine and dived into thought-provoking discussions, puzzles, and events that keep my curiosity thriving. Mensa has been a great way to meet fascinating people and explore new ideas in a fun and welcoming environment.
Family Man
Me and my partner Helen have one child. Family is a vital part of my life, and they inspire me every day to continue pursuing my passions.
